Special towing information
EMERGENCY - If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 -they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. DAMAGE - If damage happens, you must report it immediately - who, what, where and when will be required. NO OFF-ROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside CLEANING - Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge. UNSEALED roads must be pre-approved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. You can hire a remote E-Brake controller for those that don't have brake control on their vehicle. Add this to your booking. Towing mirrors must be used - these can be supplied at a rental cost of $50 per booking or you provide your own which must be mounted upon pick up. Hirer must have some experience in towing. You must provide the type of vehicle to be used in towing when booking, as we require a vehicle to have a towing capacity that complies. Overall towing length is 7.8m, which includes the draw bar. The clearance height is 3m for any bridge or service station restrictions.

*Queen inner spring bed with mattress protector and memory foam underlay. *Reverse cycle air-conditioner, portable heater & fan. There is also a diesel heater for when going off grid. *Kitchen includes large 175L fridge/freezer, gas/electric cook top with griller, microwave, 3L Air-Fryer, sandwich press, pots/pans, pod coffee machine, toaster, kettle, cutlery, plates, wine glasses, Tupperware, and a lot more. *Smart TV with built-in DVD player. *2 camp chairs(with side table), table, clothes line, airer & pegs in under bed storage. *There is a outdoor mat and roll out awning with privacy screens. *All hires include filled gas bottles upon departure. Be sure that gas is off and secured away before driving. *Please when booking let us know what towing vehicle you will be using and tow capacity on that vehicle. Booking confirmation will depend on information provided about guests, drivers and towing vehicle. *2 x 95L water tanks. Hiring rules
- *Please when booking let us know what towing vehicle you will be using and tow capacity on that vehicle. Booking confirmation will depend on information provided about guests, drivers and towing vehicle.
- *12pin connector required and Anderson plug would be beneficial. We have a 7 pin adaptor as well, for those that don't have the 12 pin connector.
- * We have a EController brake system to hire for those without electric brakes on their vehicle.
- * No smoking in the van
- *Toilet cassette must be emptied by the user before returning. Toilet chemicals provided.
- *Please return the caravan back clean and tidy, in the same condition it went out in. All surfaces to be wiped down. If the van is not returned clean then a fee will be applied.
- *You must have some towing experience
- *Minimum 7 nights during peak/school holidays/public holidays
- *Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
