Hiring rules
- No smoking inside the caravan.
- No inside cooking, BBQ provided for outside cooking.
- Must empty and thoroughly clean the toilet cassette.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Christopher 4.8Kiani was a good communicator we had an issue with the van the first night and he was straight onto it to get it repaired unfortunately it was a part that needed ordering so it wasn't repaired, Kiani offered a partial refund for the inconvenience.

Matthew 5.0This van is setup perfectly for travel with a family. Has all the necessities plus extras. We travelled a long distance and the van towed very well on freeway and country roads behind our For Ranger which has no modifications. Setup well for a few nights off grid also. Just pack your food, linen, clothes and your away. We will be hiring again.
