Hiring rules

  • Please treat the caravan as you would your own home – with care and respect.
  • No offgrid camping powered sites only
  • No smoking inside the caravan under any circumstances.
  • Keep food and drinks away from beds and soft furnishings to avoid stains.
  • Strictly no pets inside the van
  • Strictly no gas cooking inside the van
  • Avoid shoes inside the van where possible particularly in wet weather
  • Never leave the awning out in windy or stormy conditions.
  • Always roll up the awning before towing.
  • Always lower and secure the roof before towing
  • Close and secure all windows, doors, and hatches before moving the caravan.
  • Do not climb on the roof or place heavy items on top of the van.
  • Do not climb or sit on the table.
  • Only licensed, experienced drivers may tow the caravan.
  • Stick to sealed roads this is not an offroad van
  • Observe all towing speed limits and road rules.
  • Make sure the caravan is properly hitched and checked before driving
  • Turn off gas and electrical appliances before towing.
  • Use stabilisers and jockey wheel correctly when setting up.
  • Do not overload the caravan beyond its weight limits.
  • Use supplied hoses and cables carefully – do not drag or kink them.
  • Empty/ clean toilet cassette and grey water tanks before returning.
  • Remove all rubbish and clean the caravan inside before dropoff.
  • Report any damage, breakages, or issues immediately.
  • Hirer must be 30 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
