Additional information

Caravan is fitted with waterproof mattress protectors on all beds, so you’ll just need to pack your sheets, pillows and blankets. The kitchen is decked out for 4 people, with all the essentials included. You’ll receive a full list of inclusions after booking and just prior to your trip. Important info- Caravan is not suitable for sand, unsealed or off road use.

Hiring rules

  • No off road this van is a touring caravan and not suitable for any off road use, this includes rough terrain, unsealed roads and beach driving.
  • No camp fires not to be located near camp fires. $150.00 cleaning fee will be charged if van returned with smell of smoke.
  • Cleaning caravan to be returned clean. Additional cleaning fee may be charged if returned unclean.
  • No pets Additional cleaning fee may be charged if pets found to be in caravan.
  • No festivals.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
