Hiring rules
- Please return the van clean.
- If used, please empty toilet cassette and add chemicals (provided).
- Return "Ohh La La" clean and undamaged.
- Small to medium size dogs are welcome as long as they are NOT left in the van alone at anytime.
- Definitely No Smoking in the van.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
