The service we supply is a full delivery, setup/pack up & removal option only. NO TOWING. We deliver/setup and pack up the van to your selected site within a 150klm radius on the Mid North Coast, you can either select the correct RV delivery fee or we discuss and allocate in the relocation fee section of the booking. We supply all bedding, linen, pillows, bath towels, tea towels, bath mat, clothes airer, outdoor table with 2 bench seats and 4 camp chairs at no extra charge. Note: Vans equipped with washing machines are not apart of the hire and can not be used during your booking. The following Hiring Rules apply: • Minimum 3 day bookings will only be accepted within a 50klm radius form our base (South West Rocks - Hat Head - Crescent Head - Port Macquarie) • Booking greater than 3 days will be accepted within a 150klm radius from our base, approval will be at the discretion of Ezy Camp MNC (Coffs Harbour through to Laurieton) • No Smoking Allowed in the vans. • It is the responsibility of the hirer to make sure all kitchen and cooking equipment remain in the van and in place when vacating or charges will apply for replacement. • Van must be cleaned and toilet emptied on departure unless you select the appropriate fee in your booking or us to do for you. Otherwise the cleaning and toilet empty fee will apply. • If you overflow the toilet cassette into the chamber the fee in our optional extras will be charged. • Pets must be approved prior to arrival and pet cleaning fee accepted and paid. • Any damages caused by the hirer or their pets will be the responsibility of the hirer and will be notified to Camplify in post hire report.
