Hiring rules
- No smoking allowed inside

- Hirer age restrictions (25 years above)
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
- CLEANING Upon the conclusion of your rental period, the van must be cleaned inside and out thoroughly, all kitchen items used to be washed and put back in their place. The toilet cassette must be emptied and cleaned out. If the van is returned in a not satisfactory condition, a $99.00 cleaning fee will apply. If the toilet is not emptied and cleaned, the cleaning fee of $199.00 will apply

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
