Home is where you park it! This caravan has everything you need for a comfortable home away from home as a couple or with your children (5 berth). It is available for Drop-off/Setup or Self-tow options. It is fully equiped for free camping. An ideal accommodation choice for all equestrian centre events (or similar) in the Sydney basin. Or hire me as a spare room for the rellies at Christmas or for any of your great family adventures during school holidays or throughout the year! This caravan comes with: * Slide out BBQ which also has a 30 litre fridge/freezer (in addition to the standard fridge/freezer inside the van). Good for keeping your beer cold while cooking or can freeze additional BBQ food supply. * Coffee machine with milk frothing jug. Its always nice to have a good coffee. Small box of coffee pods and hot chocolate included to get you started. * Front-loading washing machine for all your home-away-from-home washing needs. * Small wet/dry vacuum cleaner. * Has a 4 stage filtration system including a UV sterilizer. This system is connected to an auto fill system - as your tanks empty the system will auto fill and then switch the water off once full. This means you have purified water in your tanks and the water pressure is at the van pump pressure rather than the park pump pressure which can sometimes be pathetic! Simply pull out the retractable hose, plug it in turn on the water and turn on the auto fill system. * Roof-mounted reverse-cycle Air-conditioning. * Large storage box on the front with partitioning for tables and chairs at each side. * Jerry cans at the back for extra fuel * Kings pull-out awning fitted to the back of the van * The suspension has been modified so the payload has been increased from 400 kg to 880 kg (Provided your vehicle can handle 3,100 kg). This means with water (approx 200 kg) you can add up to 680 kg of food, drink, fuel, gas, camping gear and clothing rather than the usual 200kg (which doesn't go far between 5 people). * There is also a ducted diesel heater installed which can run via the two deep cycle batteries for free camping. * The two solar panels easily charge the 12v system during the day (Provided its in the sun). * Excellent accessible storage options for your family of five.

Towing mirrors to be used tow plug is 7 pin straight 2 anderson plus - 1 for the fridge and 1 for the batteries There is a rear camera, however you will need a 5 pin (round plug) -specific for this camera. However this only available if you have a matching plug and display in your vehicle.

Additional information

Small family dog will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Drop-off and Set-up Option is usually only available on weekends or public holidays (However, please discuss your needs with us if outside these times as we may be able to work something out).

Hiring rules

Hirer will need to ensure the toilet is emptied and cleaned before return or pickup otherwise additional fees will be charged.
Toilet, BBQ and kitchen to be cleaned before return.
No smoking in van
Lost Keys will incur an additional replacement fee.
Covid19 specific rules: Due to current health issues surrounding Covid19 we request that all hirers wear a face mask for handovers and that all surfaces including but not limited to, toilet/shower/vanity, benches/surfaces, taps, all door handles, light switches, fridge door/handle etc. are to be wiped down with disinfectant wipes (supplied by us, the owner) before returning the van to the owner. Owners will wear a mask at handovers also. For your piece of mind, the van will be cleaned and wiped with disinfectant wipes before it goes out for hire. We have a five question tickbox Covid19 check list that will need to be completed by the hirer 3 days before hire commences. Please notify us also if you or any other people potentially using the van are sick. Positive test results and/or mandatory or recommended selfisolation will mean that the van hire can no longer proceed and a refund will be given. Hire can not proceed if this form is not completed.

Hire Fee: From $120.00 per day
Service fee: $40.00
Delivery fee: $1.00 per km

Cancellations

Strict

Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The only small thing was that the mattress was hard and sloped down at the back otherwise it was on a whole very comfortable

Ray and Leisa were great people to deal with and very helpful on pick up and drop off. The van is in great condition with all the mod cons . A very pleasant experience with the whole set up.
