Additional information
Toilet trained, well behaved pets considered but not allowed on the beds or chairs. No pets to be left alone in the van under any circumstances. Bottom mattress can be removed and left with us, so that pets can sleep on their pet beds in the bottom bunk. 3kva generator can be supplied at additional cost. Solar blanket can be plugged into the van while parked to charge battery faster. Unsealed roads are OK but need to be approved by us in writing in advance. No 4x4 tracks, beach driving or water crossings. Delivery and setup available.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Petrina 5.0Very comfortable and spacious just what we wanted to make our families comfortable for the long weekend We had quite a few families interested in doing the same especially when they are travelling to visit and no where to stay we've recommended Camplify and Cairns Caravan Hire, we was just disappointed about the weather and the left hand side of the awning collapsed with the rain

Joel 4.3Really good van and Jordan was always contactable. As a first time caravan user it wouldve been handy to have instructions on using the van eg setting up and packing up. Other than that loved it. Would hire again.
