Special towing information
If your towing vehicle does not have an Electronic Brake Controller installed, we can rent you a portable unit. Towing mirrors are mandatory and are provided. The caravan is equipped with a D035 towing coupling - we will provide the tongue to be fitted to your vehicle. You must have some towing experience in order to tow this van, we will not hire the van to people with no towing experience.

Hiring rules
- We do not permit bookings for trips to Cape York due to the potentially damaging road conditions for caravans. Please refrain from requesting our vans if you plan to travel to this region.
- The tow vehicle must have a minimum braked towing capacity of 2800kgs.
- In the event of any damage, it is crucial to report it immediately, providing details of witnesses, the incident, location and time of occurrence.
- NO SMOKING inside the caravan, a penalty of $200.00 will apply.
- Prior approval from the owner is required for offroad travel and dirt tracks.
- Small to medium sized pets are OK. We have a border collie and he travels with us, but please be respectful of the van. Do not let your pet chew or damage the van or any of its inclusions. Damage must be paid for.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises reduces risk of storm damage (Replacement value can be up to $3,000.00).
- The caravan should be returned in the same condition as it was when rented. Failure to do so will incur cleaning charges, in addition to the rental price.
- The hirer is responsible for correctly emptying the caravan's toilet and cleaning the toilet cassette and cassette drawer before returning the van. Failure to do so will result in a $350.00 charge. We can provide information about dump points and instructions for cleaning the toilet system.
- Pickup times are flexible and will be agreed upon beforehand.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
