Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kerryn 1.0Van is in need of a lot of care and attention. Pictures do not match what the van is like now. Tap inside couldnt be connected as it doesnt turn off, a support pole fell out one night and nearly hit my car! Items inside van ie. plates etc were dirty, I didnt use stove and wasnt shown how anyway. My son-in-law set the annex out for me. So I literally got what I paid for, never again!

Julie 5.0Lee-Ann and Craig were wonderful as had van dropped off and collected at a private property, so it did not go anywhere, so was very comfortable bedding and making cuppa in morning. Was perfect for my stay.
