Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Michael 5.0Amazing trip - Eliza the Kombi van was very comfortable with all amenities. Solar power was an advantage at campsites with no power. Laurel was a great host, very responsive and even offered pick-up and drop-off service, not to mention a welcoming pack of cookie bites & water in the fridge! Absolutely recommended!
Ryan 5.0The van was cosy and perfect for our needs. We used it while travelling and staying at friends and familys homes, which gave us a comfortable, private space of our own. The van had everything we could have needed, clearly well thought out and equipped. The travel games were a big hit with our nieces and nephews, especially Connect 4. The van was also a great conversation starter with other travellers; everywhere we went, people commented on it or stopped for a chat. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout the hire. Highly recommended.
