Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Great experience with John and Maria hiring Stan the Van. Plenty of advice, information and support. Van setup works a treat for off or on grid adventures. Theres endless explorations available in their neck of the woods. Hoping to get back seek out some more. Thanks for lol your efforts Team Stan.

    Great van with all we needed. John saved us at the last minute after another camper we had booked cancelled owing to a mechanical fault. So john's speedy response and communication was really appreciated and we had a great weekend away in Stan! Stan was comfortable and spacious.
