Hiring rules

  • No Smoking in the van.
  • Van is not to be driven off road or on dirt tracks, or beaches.
  • Van is to be returned with all goods and condition that it was provided, eg clean and in working order.
  • No Pets in the Van.
  • Do not use any type of bbq or open flame in the van.
  • Awning, ensuite or any other outside goods are to be packed away before any bad weather or wind, dry and clean.
  • 200km travel max per day in hire Any thing over this will be a fee of $3.00 per km.
  • Van is to be returned full with diesel.
  • Any Damage to the van must be reported to owner asap.
  • Pull over immediately if their is any sign of the car failing or any engine etc lights coming on, or if a tyre is to pop.
  • please contact camplify on 0240752000 to seek help with roadside assist. then call me.
  • payment of deposit is required 48 hours after booing is approved, if not the booking will be canceled.
  • all tolls will be billed to hirer.
  • Any fines E.g speeding, parking etc will be documented and will be paid by hirer.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    The van had everything we needed for the hip camp and the bed was comfy and warm despite the 3degree nights. The van was very clean and tidy and easy to keep that way. Amy was very accommodating with times, friendly and relaxed. We will rent again for sure.

    Absolutely loved our time away in Amys van! A simple set up, but kitted out with all the bells and whistles. Even a shower and toilet if you need it! The awning is amazing and large, plenty of room for a group of four to play a game of cards in the rain! Will definitely use again when back in NSW. Amy was also super helpful, communicated well, gave tips on the area and picked us up and dropped us off at the local train station!
