Hiring rules

  • No smoking or cooking inside
  • I will communicate with you to assess suitability of your tow vehicle but It is wholly your responsibility to confirm your tow vehicle is suitable for towing this van.
  • This includes but is not limited to GVM, Towball weight towing system 12 pin plug and electric brake system for towing.
  • Should you arrive to pick up the van and your vehicle is not suitable the van will not be hired out and you will forfeit all hiring costs.
  • Hirer must be 26 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Well loved van. Easy to tow and set up / take down can be done by one person. Used off-grid for 3 nights and had power to charge devices and keep the lights working.
