Hiring rules

- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
- Van must be returned in the same condition it was picked up, including cleaning. A $60.00 charge will apply if the van is returned dirty.
- If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA. Then call me!
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Long Trips:
- 200km included per day. We charge $0.30 per km in excess of the 200km per day. e.g. if you hire for 5 days, you have 1000km included in your hire. If you travel 1100 km, there will be an extra $30.00 charge.
- FUEL Return full of Diesel after hire.
- Campervan has full tank when picked from hirer.
- Upon return of Campervan it needs to be cleaned inside and out.
- If Portable toilet is used please dispose of waste in black water dump upon return. If it is not empty on return a fee of $40.00 will be charged.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Inel 5.0What a great van! Has everything you need and more. We had the van for 10 days and never had a single issue. Very efficient on fuel which was a plus. Bed had enough room for us and never felt cramped. Jeremy is excellent as well and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely be renting again!
