Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    Callan's van suited my requirements perfectly. The van ran well, was clean and tidy. It had reflective shades for all windows, the fridge kept food nice and cold, easy to drive. Has internal lights that run when the motor is off and 2 portable fans which did a super job of circulating the air at night.
