7 DAY MINIMUM HIRE FOR EASTER! The Swift Challenger provides a spacious front seating area which converts to two single beds or one double bed, and there's also two fixed single beds in the middle of the van that can be closed off with a concertina door for privacy. This caravan is best suited to a powered site with water access to take full advantage of the appliances. However it is also set-up for free camping with a portable 200w solar panel, gas hot water, oven/hob and fridge, and it has two extra on-board water tanks that can hold up to 80 litres of fresh water. Ask me about a generator for a non-powered site. . Please note I have a 300km radius from Gaven on my caravans (unless by prior arrangement). British vans are not suitable for off-road use due to their construction and are best kept to the main highways. Available for self-tow or drop off and set-up at a place of your choice. Cost for drop off is $1.50 per km each way and a set up fee of $50.00 (minimum charge $75.00). For example, the fee for a destination 50kms away would cost $150.00 plus set up of $50.00 so total of $200.00. Please do not hire my caravans if you do not plan on treating them as if they are your own. It is expected that you return the caravan in the condition you have received it. You will be provided with cleaning instructions before the hire which will list the cleaning materials available. You are able to clean the external of the caravan at my property if necessary. Pick up of the caravan is in Gaven, 1 minute off the Smith Street motorway or M1 northbound. Please allow between 60-90 minutes for a full handover before you can take the caravan on your journey. An inventory checklist will be completed before and after hireage. Any damages or missing items will be taken from the bond. Minimum hire is 4 days in off-peak periods, however it is a minimum of 7 days in peak periods such as Christmas holidays and Easter. Long-term hire may be possible for a discounted rate (subject to availability). Pick-up is from 9am and the caravan must be returned by 4pm - earlier or later times can be arranged if I'm available. I will make contact via text message before your booking to discuss a collection time and I will also request a photo of your tow hitch set up. This caravan needs be towed with a special 50mm Alko tow ball and retention plate which is supplied so you must ensure that your tow ball is removable. Note that it is not possible to tow this caravan if you have a high lift kit on your tow vehicle. The recommended tow ball height for this caravan is 415 +/- 35mm (i.e. between 380mm and 450mm). I do have adjustable tow balls I can supply if your vehicle is higher than a standard height. You do not need a brake controller to tow this caravan as it weighs less than 2,000kgs. This caravan has mechanical overrun brakes which rely on the coupling being compressed when the trailer pushes against the vehicle during braking. This caravan is also fitted with ATC (Automatic Trailer Control) which is an electronic anti-sway system, however this will only work if your car is fitted with a 12 pin plug.   Amazing! Great layout. Loved seperate shower. Annie was very detailed in the handover. Nothing was an issue for Annie. Air con was great also for the nights that were hot. Easy to tow.

  We had a great holiday. The caravan was great. I was also very surprised at how equipt it is for your stay. Everything for dishes, cutlery, plates, bin bags, coffee, tea you name it. Annie was extremely informative over the length of our trip which made the trip easy and hassle free. Thanks Annie for an amazing time.
