To be able to tow the van you must have a vehicle with a minimum 3 tonne towing capacity, electric brakes, a 12pin flat plug, an anderson plug, and extension mirrors. It is also a prerequisite that you have had previous towing experience. The van has a do35 hitch. The van is not to be taken off-road.

Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This was the best van we've hired so far, after using Camplify for a number of years. Elle was organised and responsive and provided us everything we needed within the van for our holiday. The van itself was extremely clean and comfortable, with plenty of space (even for 6 of us on rainy days!). Looking forward to hiring again and would recommend to any young families.

    it was a beautiful motorhome in excellent condition and Eleanor was so helpful before during and after booking. She was on schedule for delivery and pick up, with clear and warm communication. Absolutely wonderful experience!
