Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Kate 5.0We loved hiring this van. It was a game changer for our holiday. It was Easy to set up. Magda was wonderful and ran us through everything on pick up so we were prepared for set up when we arrived. Having the air conditioning made it so comfortable especially in December in Queensland. The beds were comfortable and everything works perfect. It was well equipped too with cutlery, plates etc. I can highly recommend this van and Magda.
