Happy Trails offers all the comforts of home and plenty of space for the whole family. With three double beds and a roomy layout that comfortably sleeps six, it’s ideal for both couples and families. Our motorhome comes fully equipped with modern conveniences and is regularly serviced and well maintained by Mercedes. We provide free onsite parking if you choose to collect the motorhome from our home. Alternatively, we’re happy to offer delivery and pickup to your location for an agreed fee. For guests flying in, we also offer a convenient meeting point at the Ampol Foodary next to the Cavan Hotel in Cavan, available for a small additional fee. To make your trip even more comfortable, Happy Trails is now fitted with a diesel heater, perfect for staying warm during those chilly nights. Additional information

Automatic transmission makes Happy Trails a dream to drive with plenty of power on tap when you need it from the Mercedes turbo diesel. This motorhome is completely self contained with fresh water and grey water storage as well as a house battery and solar panels mounted on the roof to allow 2 to 3 days of free camping at a time. You will make great memories in Happy Trails. All the comforts of home are on-board: Kitchen sink and 4 burner gas cook top, microwave, fridge with freezer. USB point,TV/DVD/CD/RADIO and 240 volt reverse cycle air conditioning. We will supply all your cutlery and kitchen needs like utensils and some storage containers etc. The shower is wonderful with dividing doors keeping your items dry. There is a huge awning so you can enjoy the great outdoors and relax , so easy to pull out and pack up. It is our pleasure to provide camping chairs and tables. The 12 volt system is powered by a built in battery which is separate to the truck battery. This system is charged in three ways; while driving, when plugged into 240 volts and by the solar panel on the roof, so you will always have power on hand.

Hiring rules

No Smoking.
No driving on rough or unsealed roads.
No towing.
Empty toilet cassette prior to return or a charge of $250.00 will incur.
Return in same condition as collected ie floors mopped, benches wiped down generally returned all nice and clean or pay the optional cleaning fee for us to take care of this for you. Cleaning products are onboard for your use free of charge.
Full fuel tank supplied on delivery must be a full fuel tank when returned or extra charge applies.
Tell us what has been used, any damaged incurred during your hire or maintenance required so we can address for next hirer.
Hire includes 200kms of travel per day of hire. Charge of 70c per km over allowance.
Delivery fee $3.00 per km.

Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Pricing

Hire Fee: From $195.00 per day
Service fee: $100.00

Cancellations

Flexible

Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

The van has everything you need. We are a German Family and just needed to bring our clothes. We hired linen and towles for an extra amount - perfect service. Tony explained everything in Detail so we knew how to handle the van. During winter the diesel eating was essential and we could stay off grid and were warm.
