Hiring rules

  • Emptying the cassette must be done prior to dropping caravan off. Failing to do so will come at a $195.00 dollar cost
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    At the very first time we had issues with the toilet casket lid. Which we found out is due to the casket being full and not dumped prior the handover and the lid was faulty, which we reported with a photo straight away to Josh. He was not corroborative at all and accused us to lie despite proving the evidence. The bbq that was provided to us with extra charges was very greasy and unclean this caused several hours to get functional. Another important part that was faulty, which was also tested by Josh at the handover was the trailer connection cord. This was a safety hazard that he confirmed it was working but we found out after leaving to the road that the break light was not working and we had to change the adopter. The jockey wheel is not suitable for that trailer hight even Josh had issues to set it up at the beginning, we had the same problem during the vacation which made us to use a hydraulic jack to lift it up and set up the jockey wheel, despite the towing point of the Ute was a standard hight.

    Roam sweet roam is a perfect caravan for a small family, We hired for 5 days and would hire again. Van is clean and Josh is very helpful with handover. :)
