Hiring rules

• Our van is maintained and kept in excellent condition, so please respect it. use it and enjoy it but treat it like it is your own!
• AWNING: must be packed away in bad weather.
• WHAT DOES THE SERVICE FEE COVER?
• The fee is a small contribution towards our cost of things like, kitchen consumables, gas, prehandover cleaning, and safety checks. the service fee does not cover things like mud, salt, and sand nor does it cover the return of a toilet that has not been emptied a $250.00 fee applies. If you do not wish to clean the sand/mud off the Van (interior & exterior), you can opt to pay the $250.00 'clean the van for me' option or the '$350.00 option 'clean the van for me including toilet'. If you breach these simple house rules, the fees will be recovered from your bond.
• BOOKING FEE: The Camplify booking fee covers Comprehensive Insurance, Nationwide Roadside Assistance, 24hour customer helpline, $3,000.00 emergency accommodation protection & thirdparty management of bond and transaction fees.
• EMERGENCY if an accident/damage occurs please call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will contact the insurer. please report immediately with who, what, where and when.
• Our van is comprehensively insured but does not allow offroad travel. However, a short slow transit into your site is permitted.

  Chris provides a top notch, well appointed caravan at a fair price. Having it delivered and collected was the icing on the cake (and made it viable as we dont own a suitable tow vehicle). It was a quality experience for our first time staying in a caravan as a family, and we'll definitely look to book this van with Chris again if staying in the region. The only thing i did wish was that i either brought my own frypan or that one that was a better fit for the gas stove (i.e. not so big), and was Teflon / Pfas free (instead of scratched up teflon) was provided. (Am sure this will get sorted in the coming weeks though). Still a very positive, 5* van and service overall)

  Chris went above and beyond to ensure everything was sorted for our trip and explained all the van features at hand over. Van was new, clean and tidy - would hire again.

  Christopher and his van were amazing. Pickup, handover and drop off were easy to arrange and flexible, The condition and inclusions within the van were 5 star. The van is practically brand new, clean, well fitted out and easy to use. There were no issues at all and we couldnt have been happier with everything.
