Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Elysse 5.0Devon and Chris were great to deal with. Very friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The van was clean and everything worked perfectly with no issues at all. It had everything we needed for our 3-night trip. They kindly had all the tanks filled and ready for us when we collected it. We also had to make a small change to our travel plans, and they were very understanding and accommodating. We were especially thankful for the Dometic heater when temperatures dropped below zero where we stayed! Would happily hire from them again.

The van was absolutely beautiful, spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a perfect trip away. The owners were also wonderful to deal with. Very friendly, helpful, and made the whole process so easy from start to finish. We would definitely hire from them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great caravan and fantastic service!
