Hiring rules
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately with details of the incident
- NO SMOKING inside
- NO COOKING of fatty foods inside the van.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins.
- Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Communication was easy, they took excellent care of the caravan, and returned it clean and on time. Highly recommendedwould happily rent to them again!
Lucille 5.0We had a great experience with Sandra as we are first time Camplifyers we werent sure what to expect. Sandras communication, description, photos and videos were all spot on. She even delivered the van and set it up for us as we werent confident towing. Would definitely book this again if we decided to go camping again!

Mereana 5.0This caravan hire was absolutely perfect! From Sandra's communication being prompt and accommodating to the caravan itself. An absolute breeze to tow! Sandra has YouTube videos for the set up, functionality and pack down, these were pure gold to have whilst setting up/pack down reference! The van is in impeccable condition. The bed was super comfy. Being out west the weather got down to 2 degrees, having the diesel heater was beautifully toasty inside the van! Highly recommend Sandra's van for hire, will 100% be using them again in the future!
