Additional Information Linen: Linen is available as an optional extra for $150.00, including all bedding for a comfortable stay. Outdoor setup: We can provide camp chairs and a table for your stay, at no extra cost — just let us know if you’d like these included. Toilet use: We kindly ask that the toilet is used for liquids only where possible, with campground amenities used for solids. Please ensure the toilet is emptied and cleaned before pick-up. If not completed, a $200.00 cleaning fee will apply.

- We’ve designed our van to be a comfortable, easy and enjoyable experience — please take a moment to review the below:
- • Arrival & PackDown
- Your van will be fully delivered and set up ready for your arrival.
- Packdown is included — we’ll return to collect the van at the agreed time. Please ensure the van is ready for collection.
- • What’s Included
- The van is fully equipped with kitchen essentials including cookware, utensils, BBQ and cleaning supplies.
- All beds include mattress protectors and fitted sheets for your comfort.
- • Toilet Use
- The toilet is fully functional; however, for hygiene and ease of maintenance, we kindly ask guests to use campsite amenities for solids where possible.
- If used, the cassette must be emptied and thoroughly cleaned prior to collection.
- A $200.00 cleaning fee will apply if this is not completed.
- • Care of the Van
- Please leave the van in a clean and tidy condition, as received.
- The awning must be retracted in windy conditions or when unattended.
- • Usage Conditions
- No offroad or beach/sand use permitted.
- No smoking, festivals or parties.
- • During Your Stay
- Any damage or issues must be reported promptly via the Camplify app.
- • Additional Info
- Optional extras (camp chairs & table) available on request.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Bradley 5.0Van was amazing, perfect set up for our little family. Everything was clean & tidy, comfortable bed, we had a great weekend away & will be renting this van again 100%. Ryan & Kelly were great help & easy to communicate with so there were no dramas

Matt 5.0Ryan and Kelly were great to deal with, there van was Very clean and tidy had all the thing need to head straight of on your adventure the kids loved the bunks and we loved the king bed. Will definitely be hiring this van again
