Special towing information
Self-tow is available upon application, with prior towing experience essential. Your vehicle must be equipped with: • Electric brake controller • Minimum 3-tonne towing capacity • 12-pin flat plug • Anderson plug • Extension mirrors Alternatively, take the easy option — The Fam Van can be delivered directly to your chosen site, fully set up and ready to go. Delivery is charged at $2/km, plus a $100 setup fee.

Hiring rules
- Please leave our brand new family caravan exactly how it was handed over to you, including bbq. Our van is much loved!
- A cleaning fee of $100.00 will apply if the van is handed over in a poor condition, an additional $200.00 will be charged if the toilet is not emptied and cleaned.
- Hiring rules
- This is NOT an offroad van and therefore not insured as such.
- The van is not to be moved or towed unless approved at time of booking.
- No pets inside the van.
- Number 1's in the toilet only. No number 2's.
- No smoking inside the van.
- Bikes, Eskys, Scooters, Surfboards are not to be put inside the van.
- Please ensure all oily cooking is done on Webber Q provided outside the van.
- Hirer must be 28 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
