Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Alison 3.8A fantastic van and easy to tow. Daniel wad good to communicate with and provided helpful instructions on pick up. Just a few suggested improvements. The caravan did not have any battery which meant we had no power. The gas backup with the fridge didn't work well, and pulls down on gas available for cooking. Please ensure the battery is fully charged for future hires, as it's quite expensive per night to have not have use of the facilities available. Thanks
