Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Josh 4.8First time caravanning and this was a great experience. The caravan was great for our family of four for four days. It towed easily with our SUV and Ronald was super fast and helpful with communication.
Ridz 4.5Was our first time trying out a camper trailer for my family of 5. Would d definitely recommend for space and ease of use. Ronald gave a great handover and was easy going.

Peter 3.5Ronald was very helpful with taking us through everything for the caravan on arrival. The caravan was very spacious for a family of 4 with two young kids. It has been well loved and used over the years so it is not as sparkling clean and new as the outdated photos shown in the profile. No issues towing in a medium sized SUV. The only thing to double check with him is what kitchen stuff and utensils are supplied as there weren't any bowls, cups and chopping boards etc so we had to go get our own.
