Cancellations

Strict

  • Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    This is our second holiday in Lottie and our fourth booking with Mel. The Van is always perfect and communication and booking seamless. Could not recommend more, we cant wait for next time!

    Our trip away in Lottie Leader was amazing! It was the first time hiring a caravan and I couldnt have imagined anything going more smoothly. Mel was great with communication and so accommodating for scheduling pickup and return. I had a couple of questions after pickup so messaged, and Mel was very responsive and helpful. We also unexpectedly gifted a lovely basket of treats that was so generous and the kids were so excited about it.

    The van was fantastic for our holiday and for family of four would highly recommend to anyone looking to hire. Melissa is a fantastic communicator and went above and beyond for us. The van was extremely clean and tidy and there was a lot of extras that I havent found in other vans when we have hired off different businesses 100% recommend.

    Melissa was a great caravan host! We were very grateful for the opportunity to hire her van without any experience. She was flexible, understanding and supportive of our hire and would definitely hire through her again. The caravan was clean and well-kept and had everything we needed for a great family holiday.
