Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Sascha 4.3While we had a few small issues on the first day, Melissa was extremely responsive and helpful and we sorted things out quickly. The van was a good size, everything worked and we had a great time. The automatic awning was a big bonus! Not having to worry about putting up/down manually took away any worries we had about potential damage. The air-con works beautifully and the microwave was well-powered, making heating up food a breeze. The welcome box was a lovely touch and the kids (especially) loved it. All in all, a good experience and would hire from Mel again. Thank you
