Additional information
Spirit Wanderers has included a few things to make your journey a little bit easier. On arrival you will receive a welcome pack to help kick off your trip. We understand that being in a new van and in the hustle and excitment of getting everything ready to get on the road, often forgetting how small things work. To ensure your journey is smooth we have included an easy printable guide to refer to if needed about our appliances such as the solar system and toilet. Please note that the owners are contactable 24/7 during your hire.
Hiring rules
- Strictly no smoking or vaping in the van.
- No pets. If animal hair found you will be charged a deep clean fee.
- Unsealed access roads are by application only.
- Please don’t park near campfire and keep windows and doors closed if around camp fire.
- Strickly no bikes/scooters or storage of equipment to be stored inside caravan.
- Please note that although there is an optional cleaning fee, we ask that you please dispose of all garbage appropriately yourself before hand over and ensure all equipment/utensils are placed back where they belong regardless of if you would like us to clean the van or not.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Cassandra 5.0Our holiday was truly amazing!! She towed like a dream from singleton nsw to Hervey Bay in qld. My older teenage kids (14 & 16) loved the empress, the beds were comfortable heaps of room for us to get around each other had EVERYTHING we needed and then heaps extra!! The owners are beautiful friendly people. Did I say how amazing she is to tow!! I barely felt her behind my 2019 XLT Ranger. We went for a week and it just wasn't long enough to fully enjoy everything the van has to offer. Can't wait for our next get away now
