Thanks for choosing the Territory Offroad Adventurer — it’s built to explore and set up a dream camp anywhere. To keep everything smooth, safe, and stress-free, please read the below: Pick-up & drop-off (how it works) Standard pick-up window: 8:00am–3:00pm Standard drop-off window: 9:00am–4:30pm We’ll lock in an exact time via messages and please allow 60–90 minutes for a full handover (towing checks, hitching, setup/pack-down, power/water/toilet run-through). Early / after-hours pick-up or drop-off may be possible if available (fee applies — see below). Night-before pick-up (best way to start early) If the van is available and prepped, you can pick up the evening before your booking starts for half price ($100.00). Perfect for loading up, doing a relaxed first setup, and hitting the road early next day. Must be arranged in advance. Long-trip discounts (value that actually helps) 7–13 days: 10% off → $180.00/day 14–20 days: 15% off → $170.00/day 21+ days: 20% off → $160.00/day (Discounts are applied to eligible bookings on request.) Where you can take it (all-terrain touring) This is a true off-road / all-terrain caravan designed for touring, corrugations, and unsealed roads. That said, to protect the van and your trip: OK: sealed roads, formed dirt roads, graded gravel, corrugations (driven to conditions). Not OK unless approved in writing beforehand: beach driving, sand, 4WD-only tracks, rock steps, water crossings, or extreme/remote recovery-only routes. If you’re planning any of the above, send your route plan first and we’ll confirm suitability. Towing requirements (quick but important) Hirer must have a suitable tow vehicle with an appropriate tow rating and electric brake controller or we supply Blootooth brake controller. We’ll confirm towing setup details in messages before approval. If you’re new to towing, tell me — happy to help you feel confident. Return condition (simple expectations) Please return the van: Tidy and wiped down (benches, cooktop, sink, bathroom surfaces) Dishes clean & put away All rubbish removed Everything secured as found Fuel level the same as pick-up (if applicable) Toilet & tanks Toilet cassette and waste/grey water must be emptied at an approved dump point (I’ll show you how at handover). If you’d rather not deal with it, you can select a return-clean add-on (below). Fees & add-ons (keeps it fair for everyone) After-hours / special timing After-hours pick-up or drop-off (if available): $75.00 Late return without notice / major delay: may incur fees and can impact the next booking (see late return below) Cleaning options (choose what suits your trip) You can pre-select a clean option to keep the return easy: Standard clean add-on: $120.00 Clean incl. toilet/waste handling: $220.00 Heavy red-dirt / extreme clean (if required): $300.00 If the van is returned requiring excessive cleaning and no clean option was selected, the relevant cleaning fee may be charged. Late return policy If you’re running late: message ASAP — communication is everything. If the van is returned significantly later than the agreed time and it impacts turnaround, a late fee may apply. If the van isn’t returned on the scheduled return date, an additional day’s hire ($200.00/day) may apply. Pets allowed by approval only (tell me breed/size + whether they shed). No pets on beds/cushions, please bring pet bedding. Return must be hair-free and odour-free (quick vacuum). If there’s heavy hair/odour, the appropriate cleaning fee will apply.
