Gracie’s Hideaway is a 2019 Jayco Journey Outback setup with everything you need to have a great holiday. She has a queen bed & 2 large bunk beds for the kids so everyone has their own space. Bathroom has a separate Toilet & Shower with gas/electric hot water. Kitchen has microwave, stove, kettle, toaster, Pots & Pans, cutlery and family sized fridge/freezer.

Hiring rules

  • * No smoking inside van
  • * No pets
  • * Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises
  • * Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
  • * If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 02 4075 2000. They will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
  • * Experienced towers only. Vehicles must have a towing capacity of 3.5t (3500kg) to ensure compliance.
  • * If your towing our van please note when booking at parks the van is 19.6foot / 22foot WITH draw bar
  • * Caravan must be returned reasonably tidy or you’ll risk a further cleaning fee
  • * No shoes to be worn inside the van
  • * Grey water tank must be emptied before return
  • * Toilet must be emptied & clean before return
  • * Linen can be provided for additional costs
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    We travelled to Port Macquarie over the Christmas & New Year period to Stoney Park. Matt provided a thorough handover and even checked in on us the day we travelled to ensure we arrived safely. If you are looking for a van that is easy to tow, family friendly and easy setup would highly recommended
