we had a great time away. Mel was very good with communication quick to respond and nothing was an issue, we were a little bummed that the van didn't have an inverter so couldn't run the aircon as we were off grid no power around and house batteries may be getting a bit tired as they lost charge quickly, BUT other than that the van was presented very nice and tows very well and we enjoyed our time away :)

Mel is amazing to have as a van owner. Right from get go she was flexible and easy to work with for a hire. I am so happy we went with her van, it was the perfect choice for us. Its stocked and ready to use! Its an easy van to use for a novice and she was great with all the questions I had. I am definitely planning on using her van again! What a great few days. Electric awning was brilliant!!!!
