Hiring rules

  • 1. Return in the condition how you found it. We can clean it for you on return if you are willing to part with a $300.00 cleaning fee
  • 2. Toilet cassette to be emptied, rinsed and topped up with supplied toilet chemical or an additional fee of $250.00 applies.
  • 3. All items are itemised and hirer must ensure all are returned in the rightful place.
  • 4. Return full of fuel or a surcharge will apply @$3.00 per litre as well as a $50.00 additional service charge.
  • 5. Drive her on gazetted roads only. This includes gazetted gravel roads. If you need to leave a gazetted road to reach a camping ground that’s fine as long as it’s less than 100m off the gazetted road
  • 6. 200km per day included. Excess km’s attract a $0.50 per km fee.
  • 7. Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.
  • 8. Can also supply generator for an extra fee for off grid use.
  • Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations

Flexible

  • Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
  • Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
  • Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

    It was a great experience communicating with Laura. She was really flexible, kind and generous. The motorhome is well equipped with almost everything you need. We drove it to Denmark and back and it didn't skip a beat. Couldn't recommend them more. Thanks Laura

    Everything was as as described the van was spotless and fully equipped with more than you would expect. The handover was excellent and very thorough. The van drives tremendously well having been an Iveco dealer in the past. I know these well could not ask for more. Highly recommend Laura.
