Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Van perfect for the purpose, comfortable, has everything you need and easy to operate. Doug extremely responsive to any queries we had along the way, through the Camplify messenger app. My partner is already planning his next trip with just the dogs, with one of Doug's smaller vans.
