DAMAGE - If damage happens, it must be reported immediately with details: who, what, where and when.
Hiring rules
- 200 Kms Per day allowance, $1.00 per extra km.
- Any tolls will be paid by hirer.
- Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- Grey water and toilet to be emptied upon return.
- Fuel must be return in full.
- No smoking.
- No pets.
- No offroad.
- Return before 6pm AEDT or 5pm AEST.
- RV must return cleaned or the cleaning fee of $99.00 will be charged.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Steven 2.8The van was clean but the handover didn't show how to use the awning or other accessories. Gas bottle was almost empty.

Tessa 4.5RV was great. Nice to drive with plenty of room. Easily spent over a week in it. Bed was comfortable. Some kitchen basics that other vans weve hired in past werent provided but its nothing we couldnt buy and grab from our own pantry (eg oil/salt and pepper). If anything having those little extra touches weve recieved in other hires such as citronella candles/games/snacks is always nice, obviously it is not essential but appreciated.
Sharren 3.8It was good. RV was very easy to drive. Very comfortable. The bed should of been 1 bed not 2 singles together as edge of beds were hard, when you moved on them. I also think there should be a manual for rv and display panel to show people how to use.
