Additional information
To tow Wilma you will need: * A car with a 3.5t towing capacity * Electric brake controller (one is available for hire if needed) * Towing mirrors (available for hire if needed) * 12 pin flat plug electrical connection (if you don’t have this, let me know when you book so we can arrange converters). Grey and red Anderson plugs are preferable, but not legally required. * To have had reasonable towing experience.
Hiring rules
- Hirer must empty toilet before returning. Failure to do so will attract an automatic $250.00 cleaning fee.
- The van must be returned / left in the same condition as it was delivered / picked up. A cleaning fee of $75.00 per hour will be applied otherwise.
- NO SMOKING IN VAN. Smoking requires a full deep clean, which you will be responsible for paying for, and for the loss of any bookings while the van is being cleaned.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
