Hiring rules
- Hirers must follow guides and instructions given at pick up/set up including, set up and pack down protocols, cleaning of toilet cassette and bathroom to COVID Safe standard detailed on pick up. (instructions and checklists will be provided for ease of mind, safety and convenience to make your experience more enjoyable.)
- This caravan has offgrid and semioff road capabilities, however, when hiring the caravan this may NOT be taken 4 wheel driving under any circumstances.
- If you plan on being offgrid, please ensure you discuss this with the owner prior to booking through an inquiry. Camping offgrid is allowed in certain situations however must be preapproved.
- Here are our hiring rules for you to consider:
- No offroad unless approved before pick up
- No smoking inside or around the caravan
- No pets
- No festivals
- Hirer age restrictions (25)
- The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises, WA weather conditions can change suddenly it is important to check the weather throughout the day and pack down the awning if leaving the caravan for even a short period of time. The awning must ALWAYS be pegged down correctly when opened.
- Caravan must return cleaned or risk a fee, additional fee for outback cleaning if not cleaned upon return
- Standard pickup/dropoff times are': PICKUP 2pm DROPOFF 10am (otherwise will be agreed upon per booking)
- BBQ, outdoor kitchen and cooktop to be cleaned thoroughly
- Offgrid camping: solar blanket provided however to use, it must be in full sun and clean for maximum functionality. This provides 12V only, note there is no invertor fitted to this caravan.
- Remove TV and carefully and securely place face down on clean mattress prior to travel, inc cables.
- Night driving is NOT recommended unless absolutely necessary.
- Strongly advise to be pulled into camps prior dusk safely.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads/ NO Smoking inside (unless approved in application)
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
