Hiring rules
- 1. No offroad driving / beach driving unless approved by owner.
- 2. Driving on unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing (in Camplify Messages) before the trip begins.
- 3. No smoking inside
- 4. Hirer age restrictions (25)
- 5. Awning must be packed away before bad weather arises.
- 6. Animals allowed with pre approval in writing, animals to sleep in pet bed on the floor not on beds or lounge area
- 7. Vehicle must be returned cleaned or you’ll risk a cleaning fee..
- 8. Any damage must be reported immediately – who, what, where and when will be required.
- 9. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 – they will advise on how to contact roadside assistance. Then call me!
- 10. Cooking gas to be returned full – refill from petrol stations with Elgas
- 11. Payment of a deposit is required within 48hrs of your booking being approved, otherwise I may cancel it.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Mick 5.0We had 4 days and 3 nights away in this van during winter and it was fantastic! The diesel heater kept us toasty warm in the evenings and overnight, the fridge was large and spacious for all our cold stuff, the beds were comfortable, the van towed beautifully, everything worked! -and Melinda was a pleasure to deal with. We would happily rent this van again- its a great layout for 4 people. Thank you!
