Hiring rules
- Terms and Conditions for Hiring
- π No Smoking
- Smoking inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited.
- π« No OffRoad or Beach Driving
- The vehicle is not permitted to be driven offroad, on beaches, or in bush areas.
- β½ Fuel Policy
- The vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of petrol upon collection. It must be returned with a full tank. Always doublecheck that the vehicle is petrol before refueling.
- π Daily Distance Allowance
- β’ Standard Allowance: 350km per day is included in the hire. Any additional kilometers will be charged at $1.00 per kilometer.
- β’ Unlimited Kilometers Option: Available upon preapproval of your itinerary. Note: Driving more than 250km per day is not recommended, as it limits your time to enjoy the trip and increases risks.
- πΎ Wildlife Safety
- We strongly recommend driving only during daylight hours (between 8am and 5pm) to avoid the risk of hitting wildlife. Western Australia has a significant amount of wildlife on the roads, making night driving unsafe.
- π§Ή Cleaning
- The vehicle must be returned in the same condition as it was taken. This includes both interior and exterior cleanliness.
- π₯ Age Restriction
- Hirers must be 21 years of age or older.
- π Emergency Protocols
- β’ If any engine lights appear on the dashboard, pull over immediately and call me.
- β’ In case of an accident, move to a safe location off the road and call me for assistance.
- Please ensure you follow these guidelines for a safe and enjoyable trip. Have a great journey! π

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
