Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.

Matt 5.0Escape Pod was amazing! The camper trailer is perfectly set up and has everything you need. I really loved all the little touches and attention to detail. Matt was fantastic to deal with. His communication was prompt and he was super flexible around timing. Matt did a great job of running us through the set up of the camper, which made it so much easier when we were out in the bush. Highly recommended and we will definitely be returning hirers.

Tim 5.0The camper was great for a week down at the beach with our family of 4 (2A + 2K). It had absolutely everything we needed - the only stuff we had to take was bedding. Matt was patient while giving me a detailed briefing - and was responsive when I had a few phone enquiries while packing and prepping. The upper queen bed (for 2A) and lower inflatable queen mattress (shared by 2K) were both very comfy. I would do again and recommend!
