Special towing information
WHAT CAR? Make certain your vehicle has the towing capacity for the size/weight of this camper. You should consult your vehicle's specs to clarify this. Most AWD and 4WD vehicles will have a greater 'braked towing capacity' than 2WD vehicles of the same make. Most vehicles will tow this particular camper as its weight is well under 750kg. DISTANCE If you are intending to take the van further than 400 km radius from Byron Bay, please discuss with us. DELIVERY AVAILABLE - Brunswick Heads, Byron Bay, Lennox Head, Pottsville. Cost for relocating this van to your campsite is a minimum of $65, further afield can be negotiated. BRAKES - This van is fitted with an Elecbrakes system which means that your vehicle is not required to have a brake controller fitted. Download the “Elecbrakes” App from app store. Instructions provided when you pick up the vehicle MIRRORS - Can provide towing mirrors and anti sway bars if requested

Additional information
This is a no nonsense, no frills camper with annex if required. Equipped with gas bottle, lighting, table and chairs for 4 people and basic cooking equipment including a gas cooker. Bedding and 12Volt fridge available as well if required for small extra cost. Comfortably sleeps 2 up on the trailer (king size bed), with plenty of room for 2 or 3 stretchers on the floor. This is a rugged, semi-off road camper ideal for a long get-aways in the country. Suitable for graded unsealed roads but is not to be taken on '4-wheel drive only' tracks.Ask about the availability of shower/toilet/privacy tent. PICK UP - Myocum, just 10 mins from Byron. EQUIPMENT All of our vans go our fully equipped with all cooking pots/pans, plates, bowls, mugs and drinking cups, cutlery, washing up items and outdoor furniture (table, chairs, outdoor cooker). We also supply rubberised matting for the area under the awning. BEDS - As mentioned, the bunk beds in this van are 180cm long, so anyone up to 5'10/5'11' (in the old money), will be comfortable enough. However, there is a weight limit of 80kg for each of these bunks. EXTRA PRODUCTS - - Linen - We encourage hirers to bring their own linen and bedding but we do offer to supply these at a small additional cost.
Hiring rules
- HANDOVER You will get a comprehensive 1 hour hand over when taking delivery of this vehicle, but be sure to ask questions should something be not clear. You are also welcome to contact Rob at anytime for clarification on anything to do with this van.
- CAMPSITE Please make sure when booking your site, that the van will fit on the site. This is the hirers responsibility.
- MINIMUM STAY
- Minimum 5 nights during Christmas school holidays and Easter and all other school holidays there is a 4 day minimum hire. Outside of these peak periods, there is a 3 day hire minimum. During NSW and Queensland school holiday periods, there is a minimum 5 day hire period. All other times, there is a 4 day minimum.
- LONG DISTANCE Not be be taken more than 400 km from Byron Bay without owner consent
- OFF ROAD Not to be taken off road. Camper Trailer can only be taken on gazetted roads and along campsite access roads.
- PETS No pets
- CLEANING Van to be returned in same condition at end of hire unless hirer chooses cleaning option for additional fee of $100.00. Cleaning products will be supplied to this van for your use.
- Excessive cleaning and trashed equipment will incur a $250.00 fee.
- TOILET / SHOWER If you are intending on using the shower/toilet in the van, that you make every effort to clean well before returning the van. Toilet cassette must be emptied, rinsed and new chemical added unless you wish to pay for a van/toilet clean of $150.00.
- CAMPLIFY RULES
- Please make sure you read the Terms and Conditions prior to hiring this van. Be aware that any underbody damage to the van, including tyres is the responsibility of the hirer to fix.
- All hirers must pay the 'insurance excess reduction' fee through Camplify (when it becomes available).
- AGE All drivers must be at least 25 years of age and have had a full licence for not less than 12 months.
- OUTBACK
- Please note if you are going 'out west', you MUST select the 'outback clean' option from the Extra Products list. In all other circumstances, you must return the van in a cleaned condition unless choosing a cleaning option from the Extra Products list.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
