Hiring rules
- NO SMOKING IN VEHICLE AT ANYTIME.
- Vehicle will need to be returned with a full tank of diesel. If this is not done, you will be charged an additional "refill fee" of $3.00 per litre.
- All vehicles and caravans have GPS trackers fitted itineraries must be disclosed prior and adhered to.
- All ROAD TOLLS are payable by the hirer at the time of drop off. This includes car and anything being towed behind it, and the charges it may occur. Failure to pay for tolls on drop off may result in Camplify being notified and surcharges payable.
- Any fines, traffic infringements or parking tickets will be responsibility and payable by the hirer at time of offence.
- This car is only permitted to travel on Gazetted roads. This is a road that is sealed or unsealed, regularly maintained by a local, state or government body or council and upon which the general public have unlimited rights of access.
- No Beaches or Sand Driving.
- No 4WD Tracks.
- Vehicle MUST be returned cleaned inside and out or a $250.00 cleaning fee will be payable.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
