We have a portable brake controller available for hire. Please select in extra products if needed. 7 Pin Flat Trailer Plug. Adapter can be supplied for 7 Pin Round DO35 Hitch. Hitch pin & hitch supplied & installed when picked up. Anderson plug connection for charging batteries while driving available but not necessary. Towing Mirrors also available to borrow if needed.

Additional information
Hire fee's does not include a cleaning fee - Please have it returned clean and dry. If you don't want to perform any cleaning duties or your trip doesn't allow you time to do so, simply select these from the "Extra Products options" section when you make your booking request. If it is returned unclean we will apply the appropriate fee's during the completion of the hire process. Off Road will be with special permission only. Detailed map & itinerary will need to be provided.
Hiring rules
- Van has a minimum 4 Night/5 Day hire.
- Hirers MUST return the van with the toilet emptied and clean. $200.00 service charge will apply otherwise.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- CLEANING Return the van in clean condition and as you found it when you picked it up. Excessive cleaning will incur a charge.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage. Detailed map & itinerary will need to be provided
- No pets
- No Smoking inside or near the van. We are a non smoking family. If we smell cigarette smoke inside the camper upon its return we will take it to a detailer and charge you accordingly for a full internal clean Approximately $250.00
- 7 Night Minimum over Xmas/New Years/Holiday Peak Periods
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
