Hiring rules
- 1. No Smoking allowed inside
- 2. No Pets on any beds or furniture
- 3. The camper needs to be returned in the same clean condition as pick up to avoid a cleaning fee.
- 4. The camper needs to be returned in the same undamaged condition and any damage Must be reported immediately upon returning the camper
- 5. UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- EMERGENCY If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they will advise the Hirer how to contact NRMA.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required.
- Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Strict
- Cancel earlier than 45 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 45 and 20 days before the start of booking and receive a 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 20 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
