Hiring rules
- # Please treat Ginny as your own. We love her and want as many hirers to enjoy her too.
- DRIVING Ginny
- EMERGENCY If any engine lights come on the dashboard, pull over immediately. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!
- The fire extinguisher is located at the entry to the motorhome.
- DAMAGE If damage happens, you must report it immediately who, what, where and when will be required. A $100.000 excess is chargeable for damage/accidents or repairs incurred during your stay.
- AWNING The awning must be packed away if wind or extreme weather arises and prior to travelling.
- NO OFFROAD / NO Beach Driving / NO Extended Gravel Roads.
- UNSEALED roads must be preapproved in writing in Camplify Messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms and conditions of insurance coverage.
- CLEANING Regularly empty your waste into a public dump point station. Cleaning products are provided to wipe down benches & sink, broom & dustpan available to sweep the floors.
- LINEN Linen is expensive and we request no eating or drinking in bed.
- WEATHER Protect all outdoor equipment from unfavourable weather conditions and theft by packing up items at night or when away from Ginny.
- SECURITY Please ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving Ginny unattended.
- NO SMOKING IN OR AROUND Ginny.
- UPON RETURN
- CLEANING Return the motorhome in the same clean condition in which you took her away. Any cleaning required on our behalf will incur a charge.
- FUEL Return full of DIESEL All hires include a full tank upon departure.
- CLEANING Clean the equipment and motorhome. Any required cleaning on our behalf will incur a charge. Hotplates must be left clean. Remove all rubbish and empty the fridge.
- TOILET Hirer to return the toilet empty or pay a fee of $200.00.
- Hirer must be 25 years of age or older.

Cancellations
Flexible
- Cancel earlier than 10 days before the start of the booking and receive a full credit. Refunds available upon request (less any admin fees) and may take up to 30 days to process.
- Cancel between 4 and 10 days before the start of the booking and receive 90% credit. Booking fees will not be credited.
- Cancellations less than 4 days before the start of booking will not be eligible for any credit or refund.
