Hiring rules

• 🆘No offroad / No beach driving / No extended gravel roads (Unsealed roads must be preapproved in writing through the Camplify messages before the trip begins. Please be familiar with the exclusions, terms, and conditions of the coverage. Short unsealed roads may be permitted but speed limitations will apply).
• 🚫 Any evidence of offroad travel will incur a $300.00 undercarriage inspection and cleaning fee
• 🚨If any engine lights display on the dashboard, or any increase in temperature guage, pull over immediately and call me.
• 🦍Any damage must be reported
• 🚬No smoking inside the Retro Rv
• 🧹CLEANING Please return the van in the same condition that it was taken, this includes being as clean on the inside/outside as the van was at pickup. All equipment used must be cleaned and stored away properly, the fridge cleaned and all rubbish removed. A cleaning fee of $100.00 minimum will apply if the above is not adhered to.
• ⛽ FUEL The tank will be full with Premium Unleaded Petrol when you collect the vehicle. The vehicle must be returned full of Premium Unleaded otherwise refilling costs will be passed onto the hirer (No E10).
• 🛣️ DISTANCE Please adhere to the kilometre allowance of 200k per day averaged over the trip (e.g 5 days = 1000ks) additional K's will be charged at $1.00/k posttrip.

• Hirer must be 21 years of age or older.

  Weve just come back from a wonderful weekend away in Sandy V, and she absolutely lived up to her retro reputation. This little camper is a genuine attentiongrabber people smile, wave, and you can almost feel the nostalgia follow you down the road. Inside, Sandy V is surprisingly cosy, comfortable and well thought out, with everything you need tucked neatly into the space. The bed is genuinely comfy, the lighting and blinds make evenings feel snug, and the little kitchen setup makes simple meals easy. It feels like stepping into a tiny, rolling beach shack. On the road, the very retro indeed side really shows no power steering, manual window winders, and all the oldschool driving feel youd expect from a classic van. For us, that was part of the fun and authenticity rather than a downside; youre not rushing anywhere, youre just ambling along and enjoying the drive. Once you settle into the slower, more mindful pace, its a lovely way to travel. Everywhere we went, Sandy V turned heads and started conversations, which added a really nice social element to the trip. If youre after a perfectly smooth, modern vehicle shes probably not for you, but if you value character, nostalgia and a relaxed coastal vibe, this camper is a brilliant little weekend escape.

  Wow!! What a wonderful experience; from booking to returning. Sandy V is adorable and literally brought a smile to friends and strangers. The van is very well equipped and the bed is very comfortable; only clamping for gal!! Pat explained everything really well, so I knew how to use everything when I set off. Definitely booking this little gem again.

  A Truly Exceptional Campervan Experience! From start to finish, our campervan hire experience was absolutely flawless. The attention to detail was second to none every inch of the van was immaculately clean, thoughtfully organised, and clearly maintained with real care and pride. One of the standout features for us was the comfort of the bed a luxurious cocoon each night. The equipment provided went well and truly beyond our expectations. From cutlery and crockery to games and detailed local information packs, everything we could possibly need was already onboard. It was as though every little touch had been carefully considered to ensure we had the best experience possible. The van itself was cozy, warm, and incredibly inviting perfect for cooler nights and relaxing evenings in. It was clear that the interior had been designed with both function and comfort in mind, and it made our whole trip feel effortless and enjoyable. We cant recommend this campervan highly enough. Whether youre a seasoned traveller or trying van life for the first time, this is the kind of hire that sets the bar incredibly high.
