Hiring rules

• Discount: 30+ days 10%.
• Pickup and dropoff can be organised up to 150km from Newcastle for $3.00 per km. Pickup and dropoff from Newcastle airport or train station are included for 14 days + booking.
• Your hire includes 200km/day. Additional kilometres are charged at $0.50 / km. These are calculated and charged as part of the Camplify return process.
• The van is fitted with a toll tag. All tolls are to be paid at dropoff.
• Please return the van in the same condition as picked up, or choose the optional cleaning fee. Return clean with toilet emptied, all dishes done and packed away.
• Linen wash is not required.
• External van cleaning is not required.
• No smoking.
• No candles or incents.
• No offroad, gravel roads or beach driving. This is a frontwheel drive, and you will get stuck! Vibrations can damage the workings of a camper van. Offroad driving is not covered by insurance. The van is fitted with a GPS tracker, and we reserve the right to check routes taken to ensure compliance. A $250.00 suspension and underbody check will be charged if the vehicle was taken offroad. Short unsealed access roads less than 1km are permitted.
• Festivals and dogs on written approval only.
• The awning must be packed away before bad weather arises and at night before you go to sleep. At all times, use the provided pegs or latches on the van.
• EMERGENCY Pull over immediately if any engine lights come on the dashboard. If an accident occurs, get off the road, stay safe, and call Camplify on 1300 416 133 they call the NRMA. Then call me!

  My partner and I had the best week traveling from Newcastle to Sydney in the Tardis! All of the amenities are well thought out and make this van a little home on wheels. The sound system is the BEST. Jakob was very accommodating with our one way drop off, thank you for sharing your van with us !!!

  This van drives great. It had all the luxuries including a microwave. The best part was the bamboo linens. It also didnt use a lot of petrol. We highly recommend the tardis for your next adventure.

  My Partner and I drove up North for 2 nights/3days. Van was everything we could've wanted/needed whilst away. Perfect for a nomadic journey! 10/10

  We had the most brilliant holiday in this van! It was like having our own little home on wheels. The kitchen was fully equipped with electric stove, oven, fridge, freezer and utensils, herbs, etc - so great if you love to cook (we didnt eat out a restaurant our entire week-long trip!). The A/C worked well -even when we were just on the battery/not plugged in. Being able to have a hot shower after a swim regardless of where we were was just amazing. There were so many thoughtful details and touches that made this feel really homey - eg, mood lighting, decor, speakers etc. It was fully fitted with customised mosquito nets which made it really comfy for sleeping with the doors open. The van is also really easy to drive, even though its long - the rearview cameras and big mirrors really help with visibility. Jakob gave us a really thorough handover, and was super responsive and communicative if we had any questions. Highly recommend this van!
